Patient Services Specialist for Imaging Center in NE Portland

Job Overview Join The Oregon Clinic as a full‑time Patient Services Specialist at our Imaging Center in Northeast Portland. Responsibilities Check in and out new and established patients and schedule appointments efficiently. Communicate exam referral/authorization information to the authorization team. Research and print prior imaging reports. Obtain and complete insurance information. Answer phones on a multi‑line system. Process incoming referrals and electronic fax submissions. Update registration and EMR records as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum one year of work experience, preferably in a medical office. Prior EMR experience; Epic knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with insurance and referral processes. Ability to initiate, work independently, and multitask. Excellent attendance and work ethic. Positive attitude and teamwork orientation. Professional communication skills with patients, physicians, and colleagues. Commitment to patient‑focused care, privacy, and safety.
