Provides high‑quality customer service and administrative support to patients and clinicians, ensuring accurate registration, insurance verification, and appointment management. Primary Responsibilities Check in and check out new and established patients and schedule appointments efficiently. Obtain and complete insurance information and verify coverage. Answer phones on a multi‑line system. Update registration and EMR records as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Compensation Level I: $19.59 – $26.51 per hour. Level II: $21.55 – $29.16 per hour. Level III: $23.71 – $32.07 per hour. Work Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm at the Gateway Medical Office Building. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting (pulmonary experience is a plus). Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience. Familiarity with insurance and referral processes. Demonstrated initiative, independence, and multitasking ability. Excellent attendance and work ethic. Positive attitude and team‑player mindset.
