Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Manager to join our team at New Dawn Treatment Center in Sacramento/Roseville, CA. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission of clinical excellence. As a Nurse Manager, you will play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our clients through dedicated nursing practices. Responsibilities Seeing detox clients in person daily, at each site. Support the supervision of Recovery Advocates and Staff Nurses. Monitors staffing levels and flexes staff accordingly. Provide leadership on the floor and respond to emergency situations promptly. Serves as the point of contact for staff about questions and concerns during assigned shifts, escalating to the DON when appropriate. Monitoring all medication refill orders. Support and help facilitate monthly training, refreshers, and individual coaching sessions. Monitor the completion of shift wrap-ups and EMR documentation. Completing medication administration as needed. Destroying controlled mediations as needed. Performs client intakes. Completes routine clinical audits when needed. Assisting clients with EED paperwork. Managing client transportation on weekends as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Active California LVN, LPT or RN license. At least one year of experience in detox, residential treatment or related healthcare setting preferred. Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Must have a current TB test or chest x-ray. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team. Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail. Excellent interp ersonal skills.
