Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in medical office procedures is a plus. Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of insurance verification procedures and payment collections. Proficient in medical office software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
