Data Entry Agent

LaSalle Network has partnered with a global transportation and logistics company providing a wide range of supply chain solutions.

Their team is seeking a Data Entry Agent , who can work 100% onsite in their Itasca office, Mon-Fri from 8am – 5pm. The Data Entry Agent is a key function within the Accounts Payable Department. They oversee all incoming invoices for AP’s multiple systems and ensure they are processed and maintained in a timely manner. They also support the auditors with any missing vendor invoices or errors and ensure a resolution is put in place when processing future invoices.

Data Entry Agent Responsibilities:

• Process and verify daily invoices

• Support email overflow

• Process all incoming physical mail and distribute accordingly

• Verify and work vendor statements as needed to ensure all invoices are entered

• Assist auditors with past due or new vendor issues as they arise

• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.
