Pay Range: $21 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of pantry, market, and back-stock areas
• Stock, rotate, and replenish pantry inventory while monitoring expiration dates
• Maintain knowledge of available food, beverage, and pantry assortments
• Order, receive, and organize pantry supplies while tracking inventory levels
• Notify management when inventory requires replenishment
• Set up and maintain self-service food and beverage stations
• Clean and maintain pantry equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health guidelines
• Deliver outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests
• Assist with special events, meetings, and catering requests
• Perform additional workplace support duties as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must Have Skills:13 years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, workplace services, facilities, or customer service
• Previous Food & Beverage (F&B) experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Inventory management and stocking experience
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Professional communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 13 years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, workplace services, facilities, or customer service
• Previous Food & Beverage (F&B) experience
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional and welcoming demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience following food preparation, cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
• Reliable attendance with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Corporate workplace services experience
• Hospitality or facilities support experience
• Catering or event support
• Inventory ordering and receiving
• Workplace operations experience
• Vendor coordination
• Location: 225 Liberty Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (W2)
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST
• Assignment Duration: 8 months with possible extension
• Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level (13 years)
