Senior Finance Analyst

Role Definition Supports the Treasury department by formulating, proposing, and implementing interest rate risk and debt placement strategies to achieve the corporate business plan. Responsibilities Responsible of high complexity including conducting financing alternatives analysis, executing derivative trades and debt capital markets transactions, analyzing financial statements, and managing cash assets and bank accounts. Lead projects to conclusion by compiling information, analyzing data, recommending and implementing solutions, and providing information and analysis used to make and/or influence business decisions. Typically, projects and decisions will impact medium to high-risk issues. Expected to provide technical expertise and guidance to peers and recommendations to management on finance-related matters. Produce monthly/quarterly reports for management on a wide variety of topics including external debt, liquidity forecasts, interest rate and F/X valuations, and asset-liability management. Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Derivatives: Knowledge of the structure, attributes, uses, terminology and processing of basic derivatives; ability to use knowledge of derivatives appropriately. Financial Markets: Knowledge of the products, types, competitors, customer base, major issues and regulatory considerations in the financial markets; ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments. Investment Banking Services: Knowledge of the responsibilities, regulations, and business practices of investment banking; ability to operate mutual funds, securities and bonds, corporate debt underwriting, or mergers and acquisitions. Additional Information This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office. Compensation & Benefits Summary Pay Range: $97,728.00 - $151,572.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
