Executive Chef 1

Sodexo is seeking an entry-level Executive Chef for new business in Garrison, NY. St. Christopher's Inn, Franciscan Friars of Atonement, host retreats groups and is home to ~ 25 Friars. Group sizes range up to 60 guests and served 3 meals daily.

This position will be hands-on and will train and mentor cooks. A strong culinary background with knowledge of special dietary requirements is needed along with prior catering experience.

Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $56270 per year - $72820 per year

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 1-3 years
• Related Experience: 1-3 years
