We’re looking for a creative culinary leader to take the helm of a busy, high-volume kitchen. This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef who combines culinary creativity, strong leadership, operational control, and a passion for developing people .
Proven experience leading a busy, high-volume kitchen
A creative culinary leader who brings fresh ideas and energy to the menu
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent kitchen control — food cost, labor, quality, ordering, and organization
Ability to lead, train, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Calm, confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of kitchen systems, consistency, and execution
$95,000–$100,000 annual salary , with the opportunity to make a real impact on our kitchen, menu, and team.
