This is your chance to gain hands-on, real-world industry experience with a leader in bulk API production. You'll learn advanced manufacturing processes, work alongside seasoned professionals, and play a critical role in delivering life-changing products.

What you will do:

• Advance your technical expertise: Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot highly specialized production equipment under the guidance of industry experts.
• Be a compliance champion: gain valuable knowledge of FDA and cGMP guidelines- essential for a successful career in pharma.
• Problem Solving: Tackle day-to-day technical challenges and learn to adapt on the fly; support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain Excellence: Keep workspaces audit-ready at all times, support strong 5S practices, and help ensure all processes meet top quality standards.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts
• Eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, and a professional work ethic
