Join the Easypak Team as a Marketing Manager!

Your Role as a Marketing Manager: The Marketing Manager will act strategically as the voice of the market within Easypak, developing customer insights, identifying growth opportunities, supporting sales strategy, managing lead generation programs, and driving execution across all marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter operating independently, utilizing data to make decisions, proactively identifying opportunities, and can translate market intelligence into measurable business outcomes without requiring constant direction from senior leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and own Easypak's annual marketing strategy
• Create marketing plans aligned with overall company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain customer personas across target market segments.
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and recommend strategic actions.
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs and ROI metrics.

Lead Generation and Revenue Growth:

• Own inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives.
• Develop campaigns that produce measurable sales opportunities.
• Partner closely with the Sales Team to improve pipeline development.
• Establish campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize results.
• Manage industry databases, prospect lists, and digital lead generation programs.
• Build marketing programs around key growth markets for Easypak

Product Commercialization Support:

• Partner with Product Management and NPD to successfully launch new products.
• Develop commercialization plans for all major product launches.
• Coordinate:
• Product messaging
• Product positioning
• Product launch materials
• Customer communications
• Create sales enablement tools that improve selling effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & Brand Management:

Own Easypak's digital presence.

Manage:

• Website development and strategy
• SEO initiatives
• Social media content
• E-mail marketing campaigns
• Thought leadership content
• Ensure consistency with Easypak brand standards.
• Maintain brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Marketing Analytics

• Utilize CRM, ERP, Power BI, and digital analytics tools to measure performance.
• Develop monthly marketing dashboards.
• Track:
• Lead generation
• Conversion rates
• Campaign ROI
• Website engagement
• Sales funnel effectiveness
• Present performance recommendations to executive leadership.

Trade Shows & Industry Engagement

• Collaborate with Sr. Director of Product Management and VP of Sales to develop annual trade show strategy.
• Manage event planning and execution.
• Measure ROI of all exhibitions.
• Coordinate pre-show and post-show campaigns.
• Identify speaking opportunities and industry partnerships that elevate the Easypak brand.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Working with cross-functional teams in the Commercial Division, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR and financial teams to help develop the core messaging in all departments.
• 20% Travel expectation to visit plants, trade shows, customer visits and team meetings.
• Base expectation work schedule of Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM.
• Other duties may be assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree of Marketing, Business Administration, or related experience. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• • 3+ years in a Marketing Generalist or Marketing role required.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in packaging industry or related field.

This position is remote with up to 30-40% travel to plant sites, trade shows etc. The ideal candidate will be located close to a plant site for 1 weekly in office day.

Ideally the candidate will be located with in a short travel distance to one of our onsite locations :

Reading PA, Vernon CA, Kalamazoo MI, Leominster MA.
