Join a thriving, 30-year established, Ophthalmology multi-specialty private practice in East Monroe, Louisiana! This is an excellent opportunity for an Optometrist who enjoys a fast-paced, medically focused environment and wants to work alongside a collaborative and experienced team!

DETAILS

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm
• Rotating Saturday coverage-on average work 1 Saturday every 5 weeks!
• Practice full scope! Primary Care, Post-Op, & heavy Medical Optometry
• Refer in-house to our Ophthalmologists! Cataract, Oculoplastic, Retina, Glaucoma, etc.
• Average 35 patients per day with a well-trained support team including 2 dedicated techs to help you!
• No OD call schedule
• Work with a great group of ODs, MDs, & PAs!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Earning Potential: Up to $225,000 annually (including Base + % of Collections)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance available
• Health Insurance: Employer covers 75% of employee premium
• Retirement: 401(k) with 4.5% company match
• Paid Time Off:
• 3 weeks Vacation (available at hire)
• 1 week Sick time
• 5 days CE + $2,500 annual CE allowance
• 6 paid Holidays
