Project Manager

Construction Trades Staffing partnered with A long-standing, reputable commercial general contractor serving Western New York. Their Clarence office manages a wide range of commercial, institutional, and municipal projects. They are known for professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and strong client relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Conduct pre‑construction meetings and progress meetings
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Prepare and manage owner billings and subcontractor invoices
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams
• Support estimating and pre‑construction efforts as needed

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, submittals, RFIs, billings, job costing, and closeouts
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and technical documents
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachlor degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
