Aquatics Manager

This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, so candidates must be comfortable multitasking, managing and supporting a team, and staying organized throughout the day. Evening availability and one weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday) are required for this position.

Salary: $50,000+ per year, based on experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full-time, 40-45 hours per week
• Availability to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts
• Availability to work one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) from 8:30am-3pm
• Ability to manage, lead, and support a team
• Ability to work alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• 2 years of swim experience
• 2 years of management or leadership experience

Schedule Requirements:

This position requires 40-45 hours per week , including 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Weekday schedules will include a combination of earlier and later shifts within our operating hours, with availability to work until close on select weekdays required. The weekend shift is 8:30am-3pm , with Saturday and Sunday rotating weekly.
