Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative Hospital Medicine team at Rochester General Hospital. Status: Full-Time Location: Rochester General Hospital Department: Hospital Medicine Schedule: Night Shift Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in hospitalized patients

• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress

• Order and interpret diagnostic studies and laboratory testing

• Prescribe medications and coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams

• Communicate with patients, families, consulting services, and attending physicians

• Provide patient education and support throughout hospitalization

• Complete timely documentation and medical record management

Preferred

• Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or related clinical experience

• Highly motivated new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
