Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop thorough and unbiased psychosocial assessments of students utilizing your education, skills, and clinical expertise.

• Work closely with students and their families to create personalized treatment plans that address individual needs and challenges.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to foster positive behavioral change.

• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, as well as other health service providers, including pediatricians and psychologists, to create a comprehensive care approach.

• Systematically track patient responses to therapy and evaluate their progress towards the established treatment goals, both via remote sessions and when necessary, in person.

• Assist healthcare providers in monitoring and managing psychotropic medication use among students, focusing on adherence and side effect management while optimizing treatment outcomes.

You will primarily work with students in a school setting, engaging with a diverse patient population that includes children and adolescents facing various emotional and behavioral challenges.
