Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understand the core business for each product we support

• Partner effectively with product owners and engage in product strategy with them

• Identify how each business generates value for customers and the Bank

• Ownership mindset - knows where the value is, identify and confirm through data and make recommendations to the owners

• Lead core analytics and reporting, which comprises of monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting for each Product business.

• Support our retail business through always on, real-time CRM analytics

• Partner with data scientists to build predictive analytical models that deliver outsized growth in our products businesses

• Evangelize data and analytics across the marketing organization
