About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its award-winning home care and care management organization. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, and financial leadership, with a focus on balancing growth, operational excellence, caregiver engagement, client satisfaction, and long-term sustainability. This role involves developing and executing a strategic vision for growth, expanding revenue through various initiatives, and enhancing the organization's market position and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a strong commitment to serving others, capable of inspiring trust and confidence, and adept at navigating complex decisions with both confidence and humility. Experience in building and developing high-performing teams, as well as a background in mission-driven work, is essential. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and the President of the parent organization to advance the company's strategic objectives and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
