Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will drive high-end passenger car sales by engaging with customers, building lasting relationships, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and ability to manage a sales pipeline will be key to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties

Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline

Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits effectively, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences

Negotiate pricing, financing options, and deal terms confidently to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction

Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, follow-up support, and post-sale assistance

Manage inventory control and support sales team efforts through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems that track client interactions and sales progress

Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties or automotive financing options to maximize deal value

Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status using dealership management software

Experience

Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger vehicles

Strong background in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or dealership environments preferred

Demonstrated success in closing deals, achieving sales targets, and managing a robust sales pipeline

Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus)

Skilled in customer relationship building, public speaking, and delivering compelling presentations

Familiarity with automotive financing options, inventory management, CRM software, and outbound cold calling techniques

Organizational skills that support inventory control, retail math proficiency, and efficient time management

Pay: $58,488.01 - $70,437.17 per year
