What You'll Learn & Do

• Learn the automotive sales process from experienced sales leaders. 
• Build relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience. 
• Learn our vehicle lineup, features, benefits, technology, accessories, warranties, and services. 
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct professional test drives. 
• Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in customers. 
• Learn how to identify customer needs and match customers with the right vehicle. 
• Develop strong follow-up habits and build your personal customer base. 
• Learn how to overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale. 
• Learn negotiation and sales techniques. 
• Explain available finance, protection, warranty, and service options. 
• Follow up with customers after the sale to build repeat and referral business. 
• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals. 
• Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer requirements.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. 

Previous automotive experience is NOT required. Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, real estate, insurance, banking, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries can be a great foundation for success.
