Position Summary

Perform a variety of material movement tasks, including kitting jobs for various departments. Inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
• Maintain and provide ERP data entry and transfers to keep accurate records
• Delivers items to requisitioning departments and designated staging areas
• Consolidating stock and purchased items for kitting to sub-assembly department
• Manage input of information for discrepant material
• Operating loading/unloading equipment for shipments
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent degree required
• High attention to detail and quality
• Able to plan and execute daily and weekend scheduled tasks
• Able to keep work area clean and organized
• Able to give directions to peers within the department
• Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills
• Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes
• Skill in the use of computers, specifically in a PC, Windows-based operating environment
• Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports

Work environment: Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Work involves minimal exposure to physical risks, such as operating dangerous equipment or working with chemicals.
