Financial Analyst II

Analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive staff Support the organization’s 10-year financial forecast Develop and maintain three-statement financial models (balance sheet, cash flow statement, and income statement) Perform advanced Excel analysis Utilize Strata for forecasting and financial planning activities Support financial analysis and forecasting efforts across the organization Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience OR High School diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate’s degree and four years of experience OR Master’s degree and one year of experience OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow and one year of experience Master’s degree Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification Healthcare experience Strong Excel skills Experience/exposure to accounting and financial concepts, including balance sheets SQL/coding experience Strata experience Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling, with a strong command of Excel and experience in utilizing Strata for financial planning.
