Medical Lab Scientist

Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to support our Free-Standing Emergency Room and hospital-based services. In this full-time role, you will perform complex diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and transfusion services, delivering accurate, timely results for emergency and inpatient patients. You will operate and maintain analyzers, follow strict quality and regulatory standards, and communicate critical results to providers. Working in our patient-first, team-oriented culture, you’ll collaborate closely with ED clinicians, participate in continuing education, and support continuous improvement.
