Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored therapy sessions that address the unique needs of each client.

• Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and behavioral specialists.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in adherence to state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes, employing techniques such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, or family systems theory based on client needs.

• Engage actively in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and resources available to the community.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients have access to immediate resources in times of emergency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression to adults navigating life transitions and stressors. Our clients often seek therapy for various issues including, but not limited to, trauma, relationship challenges, behavioral issues, and life-stage adjustments. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services in an outpatient, community, or comparable setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health diagnoses.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
