This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager.Essential Functions:Provides customer support and handling customer inquiriesWorks directly in the unit with associates to ensure service/training compliance standards are metCoordinates all training of hourly staff in customer service program as well as provides hands-on training of MIT, Brand, and OJT within the branchProvides feedback to managers regarding continued development of associatesActs as mentor to transition associate from time of hire to completion of retail training processAdministers service excellence training in unitsAdministers Mystery Shoppers Program for the branch and notifies managers of scores on a daily and period basisMinimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:Requires a High School diploma or general education development (GED) diplomaCustomer service and/or training experience preferredRequires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documentsRequires the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing mannerEqual Opportunity Employer (EOE)Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran (M/F/D/V)Drug Free Workplace (DFW)
