Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address a variety of emotional and relational issues, helping clients identify and manage harmful behaviors and relationships.

• Evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, diagnosing conditions as necessary and working collaboratively to establish achievable treatment goals.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients and their family members to learn and apply coping strategies to confront challenges effectively.

• Document session notes and treatment progress using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
