Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage proactively with clients through secure telehealth platforms, conducting virtual therapy sessions ranging from individual therapy to family and group therapy.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on thorough virtual assessments, identifying client needs and ongoing progress.

• Respond promptly to acute crises by providing virtual support and conflict resolution to families, effectively stabilizing urgent situations.

• Maintain continuous communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, addressing all dimensions of a client’s mental well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy, to guide clients towards meaningful, long-lasting change.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.

In this position, you will serve a broad demographic, providing care to individuals and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in various therapeutic modalities.

• Comfort with platforms and tools used for telehealth and virtual communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience conducting group therapy is highly desirable.

• A strong understanding of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses, with the ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
