Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders, forming the basis for effective treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies, focusing on the unique circumstances and needs of each client, and adapting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic therapy techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Document treatment progress meticulously and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals for coordinated care, referring clients to specialists or additional resources when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
