Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Beyond Psychology, you will work with a varied client demographic, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, marital issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes retirement plans, performance bonuses, generous paid time off, holiday pay, and an annual bonus plan. We also provide a unique pay-on-demand option for increased financial flexibility and mileage reimbursement for any travel related to client sessions.
