Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Fox Premier Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy, employing tailored therapeutic techniques that encourage client personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively establishing therapeutic goals with clients and consistently tracking their progress through regular assessments.

• Offering teletherapy services to clients, ensuring accessibility for individuals facing mobility challenges or those in remote areas.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and ethical documentation regarding therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment adjustments.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to refine clinical skills and stay updated with the latest developments in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, primarily focusing on individuals and families grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. Your efforts will play a critical role in promoting recovery, supporting enduring mental health, and fostering positive relationships within families.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and maintain administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in providing teletherapy or thosewho have worked in community health settings will be given preference. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
