Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments for couples and families, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Facilitate counseling sessions that may include joint meetings with couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner to ensure a complete understanding of the relationship dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat various issues, including:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling disputes
\n
• Job stress and medical issues
\n
• Blended family challenges due to remarriages
\n
• Adjustment counseling for separation and divorce
\n
• Enhancing communication skills among family members
\n
\n
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and integrate holistic approaches to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Balanced Insight Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents.
