Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches.
