Job Description: As a Financial Analyst specializing in Jedox, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, optimize reporting efficiency, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of financial projects, ranging from monthly close processes to long-term financial planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Jedox to perform financial consolidation activities, including data aggregation, reconciliation, and elimination of intercompany transactions.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analysis utilizing Jedox and other tools to support management reporting requirements.
• Partner with accounting teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements during the consolidation process.
• Conduct variance analysis and trend analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans by providing insights based on historical data and trend analysis.
• Participate in system enhancements and process improvements related to Jedox implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams on Jedox functionality, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing usage efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting roles, with a focus on financial consolidation and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Jedox software, including experience with data extraction, manipulation, and report generation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and consolidation processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
