What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a busy Level IIIB NICU and associated units
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver family-centered care
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
• Support and mentor new graduate NNPs through structured programs
• Utilize advanced ventilator support and family support tools such as Angel Eye monitoring
• Handle well-baby coverage and critical care needs as assigned
• Contribute to a positive, collegial work environment focused on excellence

What You Need

• Must hold Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Valid Missouri state license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to participate in quality initiatives and ongoing education
