Assistant Director Of Nursing (Adon)

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the DON in managing daily clinical operations
Leading staff education, development, and mentorship
Driving quality improvement and compliance initiatives
Promoting a culture of accountability and clinical excellence

What We're Looking For:

Active RN license in Connecticut
Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (ADON, Unit Manager, or RN Supervisor preferred)
Strong knowledge of clinical standards, state and federal regulations
A team-first mindset and a passion for resident-centered care
