Balance Point Wellness – Mental Health Therapist (Baltimore County Schools) Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, etc.) to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in Baltimore County schools. Therapist Job Responsibilities Manage assigned caseload (provide ongoing therapy) Complete psychosocial assessments Complete contact notes for completed sessions – all documentation is completed in a cloud‑based EHR Development of person‑centered treatment plans when necessary Qualifications, Education, and Experience Master’s or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling (required) Licensed in Maryland to provide mental health treatment Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred Background check required Highly organized and possesses time management skills Compensation Details Yearly Salary: $50,000–$75,000 Fee‑for‑Service and 1099 positions have no cap on how much you can make.
