Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking an entry level mental health professional, LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) or LGPC (Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor) to join our team! In this role, you will work under supervision to diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized Licenses LMSW, LGPC Pay Pay: $30-$38 per hour Benefits/Perks Careers Advancement Opportunities Full-time (Hybrid and In-person) Competitive Compensation #J-18808-Ljbffr
