Overnight Veterinary Client Service Representative

About the Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in the emergency room check-in process, ensuring a caring, compassionate and efficient process.
• Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.

Compensation

• $18 - $22 depending on experience
• +$3/ hr weeknight differential (7pm-7am)

Schedule

• Full Time
• Tuesday - Saturday
• 7pm-7am

• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service required, veterinary experience preferred.
