$14.00–$16.00 per hour

+$2/hr Attendance Incentive Weekly Pay Full-Time

Earn $14.00–$16.00 per hour to start, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour through our attendance incentive when incentive requirements are met.

That's an opportunity to earn $16.00–$18.00 per hour when you qualify for the attendance incentive!

Enjoy a mid-day schedule with shift options of:

• 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll help deliver the outstanding experience our customers expect from Quality Car Wash.

• Welcome customers and accurately process orders.
• Recommend wash options and promote unlimited wash club memberships.
• Help monitor wash quality and ensure a great customer experience.
• Keep vacuum stations, customer areas, and the facility clean and organized.
• Maintain the appearance of the property and surrounding grounds.
• Assist with lawn care, winter snow removal, and general site maintenance.
• Communicate with management and the operations team as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
