Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.What will you do?Facilitate existing classes—both in-person and virtual—that support business objectives and team goals; conduct follow-up to evaluate learning application and impactEdit and update existing course deliverables to include facilitator and participant materials, presentation media, job aides, and on-the-job development acceleratorsPartners with business leaders to identify capability gaps and propose solutions to enhance performanceDevelop and deploy course communications, including advertisements, program session invitations, pre and post work messaging and others assignedTrack and monitor completions/course attendance within Workday LearningContribute to the organization and curation of existing content into learning paths that align with the needs of disciplines, departments, and employees, offering input on structure, flow, and relevanceCollaborate in the design and development of new training programs and creative learning solutions to address capability gaps, contributing ideas, structure, and content while working closely with team members and stakeholdersMeasures the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions and make recommendations for future interventionsSupport various talent programs including rotational programs and the intern programGuide individual contributors to career development resources and toolsAssist in the strategic planning and execution of career services initiatives, in partnership with leadershipDraft communications to inform and engage the business in professional development and performance initiativesPerforms all other duties and special projects as assignedWhat are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceProficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)At least 2 years progressive experience in corporate learning capacity developing, delivering, analyzing, and measuring learning programs.Requires excellent written, oral and presentation skills.Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines#LI-HYBRID#LI-MS1INDCSAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
