CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER

Responsable de convertir la estrategia de marca en excelencia de ejecución, garantizando que cada Retail Environment cuente con el surtido, visibilidad, promociones y herramientas necesarias para capturar crecimiento rentable y fortalecer la posición competitiva de las marcas en el punto de venta. Es el dueño del AMPPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, Promotion & Shelf) por Retail Environment. Define los estándares de ejecución comercial, habilita a la fuerza de ventas con herramientas y guías de ejecución, lidera los programas de visibilidad y promociones, y asegura la correcta implementación de las prioridades estratégicas del portafolio en cada canal. Actúa como el principal enlace entre Brand Management y Ventas, transformando las estrategias de marca en planes de canal accionables y proporcionando insights sobre el shopper, la ejecución comercial y las oportunidades de crecimiento por Retail Environment. Además, lidera el equipo de Customer Marketing y los recursos de ejecución para garantizar una implementación consistente, efectiva y alineada con los objetivos comerciales de la organización. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bfernandez
