Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to exercise prescriptions, hands-on therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Utilize outcome measures to track and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical findings.
• Instruct patients and their families in effective self-management strategies and rehabilitation exercises to foster independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, discussing treatment goals and patient progress in regular meetings.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
