Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, assessing their unique needs and developing targeted treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor individualized therapy programs, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate patient recovery.
• Regularly assess patient progress through clinical evaluations, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, empowering them to be active participants in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for patients receiving multiple therapeutic services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied patient demographic, treating individuals across a broad age spectrum from children to adults, each presenting with unique challenges and needs. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted physical therapy licensure in New Jersey.
