Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities that match each client's unique needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
