WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

As a Sales Consultant with an uncapped pay plan, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000+/year, depending on number of sales. The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week and Sunday. All That You Need Is 2 years or more of sales experience High school diploma or equivalent A valid driver's license Car industry knowledge is helpful but not required. Our automotive sales consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't haveto have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus. Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience Sales, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships easily ( \"people person\") Basic computer, email and internet proficiency Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through Saturdays and some evening hours Valid U.S. Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record 1 year's worth of new or used car sales experience strongly preferred
