Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting in-person and phone consultations, preparing estimates, and presenting service options that align with customer needs. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, and coordinating closely with operations teams to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery of services. The Sales Specialist will maintain detailed records of interactions, track performance metrics, and support promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility. This position also includes educating clients about services, handling customer concerns professionally, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal teams.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing to achieve revenue targets.Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, guide team members, and help optimize sales practices.Candidates should possess basic business and construction service awareness, with the ability to learn product/service details quickly.Relevant qualifications include prior experience in field sales or service-based industries, proficiency with CRM tools, and reliable on-site availability in Miami, FL.Additional desirable qualifications include strong organizational abilities, goal orientation, a valid driver’s license for local client visits, and a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus.
