Business Development Partner -- AI, Automation & Data Solutions (Commission-Only, 1099)

About VISOR Analytics: VISOR Analytics helps mid-market companies ($50M–$1B revenue) in insurance, healthcare, F&I, claims administration (TPA), and BPO run their operations on accurate data and simpler processes. Our delivery teams in the US, India, and the Philippines take clients from diagnosis to a working solution through the CODE™ Framework.

What you'll sell: One client relationship, five lines of business:

\n
• AI solutions: the VISOR planning platform (financial data in, verified analysis and a 90-day plan out) and VISOR Workbench for work management, reporting and automation in finance and insurance operations
\n
• NSAI strategic intelligence and consulting: fixed-fee NSAI reports from $5,000, plus nine NSAI-accelerated diagnostics covering growth opportunities, data and analytics maturity, digital readiness, operating model, marketing, sales pipeline, financial health, risk and cyber, and deal readiness
\n
• Business process optimization and automation: redesign the workflow, automate it, and run it, including outsourced (BPO) operations
\n
• App development and integration: custom apps and system integrations that remove re-keying and simplify how teams work
\n
• Data analytics and data management: data quality, integration and governance, BI reporting, and platform implementation and administration
\n

The role: You find and close new mid-market clients. The founding team supports you on every deal. You will:

\n
• Open conversations with CFOs, COOs, and operations leaders using the free VISOR Light Strategy Plan
\n
• Run discovery with the CODE™ Framework to find where data, reporting, and claims or back-office processes break down
\n
• Close entry offers (AI Quickstart workshop, expert sessions) within 30–60 days
\n
• Grow each account from the first engagement into NSAI diagnostics, process and automation projects, app and integration builds, data management work and retainers
\n
• Register accounts and log activity in our CRM
\n

What you earn: Commission-only, paid monthly on collected revenue:

\n
• 30% on entry offers
\n
• 20% on one-time projects and 10% on recurring revenue from accounts you open, for 12 months
\n
• Higher rates and a fast-start bonus as your book grows (details at interview)
\n

Example (illustrative, not a guarantee): open 3 accounts in a quarter, each buying an $8,000 NSAI report, a $15,000 process or data project, and a $1,500/month retainer, and you earn about $19,200 over the next 12 months.

Qualifications

\n
• 3–8 years in B2B sales, SaaS, consulting, BPO, or transformation roles
\n
• Warm access to operations or finance leaders in insurance, healthcare, F&I, claims TPAs, or BPO
\n
• Able to explain automation and analytics in terms of cost, cycle time, and risk
\n
• Manages your own pipeline without daily check-ins
\n
• Has worked on commission before and is comfortable with a 60–90 day ramp
\n
