We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $75,000 annually General Purpose: The Kitchen Manager assists in the execution of the property's culinary strategy. Responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of a restaurant. The Kitchen Manager hires staff, purchases food and stock, monitors inventory, rotation, and cleanliness processes, and ensures everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques. Essential Duties: Prepares food orders in a timely manner to ensure proper stocking to meet demand.
