THE ROLE As a Fulfillment Specialist, your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely order processing while upholding top quality control standards. This position requires someone adaptable with keen attention to detail, along with a positive and collaborative attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately document and log received items into the inventory management system Collaborate with other departments, including outbound and inventory control, to ensure smooth operations Uphold high‑quality standards in product handling and packaging Demonstrate a problem‑solving attitude and actively identify opportunities for process improvements. Consistently meet deadlines while being dependable and consistent in tasks and responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary to support the business Must be willing to work in a cold / freezer work environment. Must be comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment ranging from –10 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat and cold).
