HR Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Linthicum, MD that is seeking a HR Generalist to support recruiting, talent acquisition, and day-to-day human resources operations. This role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Source, review, and screen candidates through Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards
• Identify qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct phone screens and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Post and manage job openings across multiple recruiting platforms
• Source passive candidates using various tools and recruiting techniques
• Maintain candidate records and hiring activity within the Applicant Tracking System
• Resolve issues that arise throughout the recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to support hiring needs
• Assist with onboarding and employee-related HR processes
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
• Prepare recruiting and hiring reports as requested
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
• Partner with HR team members to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Provide updates on recruiting activity and open positions
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting and HR processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting across multiple departments or job functions
• Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms
• HR Generalist experience including onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration
• Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
